Finally, I finished editing the last wedding of the Summer––21 weddings in all. And to give you an idea of the stress and monotony of filming so many, here is a little breakdown of what it takes to film 21 weddings in a three month period.
21 weddings is:
working with 42 different brides and grooms.
25 hours of dancing.
being surrounded by 6,300 guests.
cutting 2,100 pieces of cake.
spending 168 hours on location
and spending another 105 hours editing.
a total of 273 hours working weddings (which corresponds to a week and half day and night of straight filming and editing).
traveling over 8,550 miles in a three month period.
over 650 minutes of flight time with my drone.
spending nearly every weekend of your Summer working.
over 1000 hours of raw footage.
pressing the record button 10,920 times.
usually a lot of money, but I don't know where that money went. Probably spent on drones.
witnessing over 2,000 kisses.
hearing "YOU ARE AMAZING" 21 times when you deliver a video.
actually really fun despite the time, stress and work.
